  Introduced by my friend, had a lovely business lunch. Excellent customer service, enabling ambiance even on a hot day. Enjoyed a glass of wonderfully blended fresh juice and a superb meal. .. to be continued after my next visit.soon! Promise to keep it up.

  Love the fries; they are perfectly done. The ribs, so 😋 delicious! Great service and nice ambiance. Loved the outside sitting.

  My family and I had the best time. We had joint birthdays where the staff made sure that we felt special and valued as customers. The customer service is superb, I highly recommend it!!

  Headline: 5 STAR pricing, 1 STAR quality.
  
  1. 1/2 Grilled chicken, not properly fried, dry as if warmed up 2nd or 3rd time, 1,400 ksh
  2. Raw, cold, shrunk burger meat inside of 2 barely visible buns, forgotten the cheese, canned guacamole, yak, ksh 1,100
  3. Cappucino, very tasty, well made, filling, delicious, 300 ksh
  4. Coffee milk shake, well made, tasty, rich, but too small, 400 ksh
  5. Strawberry milk shake, tasting artificial, too small, 400 ksh.
  6. Brownie, very dry, with icecream, though that was soft ice, not a scoop, 500 ksh
  
  Sorry, not worth it. Java House beats this by factors. Serena would have been cheaper and better!!

  The all you can eat ribs are a favourite. Prices are generally high though. Top tip - check out the breakfast menu, offers best value.

  way over cooked steaks despite clear instructions on how it needs to be medium-rare. absolutely no excuse at the price they are charging. horrible value for money.

  THE WORST N MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER .SHOCKING TREATMENT GIVEN TO US BY THE STAFF N TGE MANAGER .WE WERE A FAMILY OF 4 KIDS N 2 ADULTS N BEING A SUNDAY NIGHT WANTED TO EAT LIGHT HENCE WE ORDERED FROM THE KIDS MENU N WANTED TO ORDER STEAK N CHIPS FOR MY KIDS N WIFE BUT THEY DECLINED SAYING UR KIDS LOOK TO OLD TO ORDER FROM THE KIDS MENU!!!!!!!!!! (THOUGH MY ELDEST IS 16YRS)N YOUNGEST IS 9YRS.N WE HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF THIS WEIRDEST TREATMENT AS THEY SEE FACES OF KIDS N THAN SERVE TO CLIENTS N ON TOP Of THAT THE MANAGER CALLED ALBERT WAS VERY ALOOF N HIGH HEADED .
  ITS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER KEEP FOOT IN THIS SPUR AGAIN N WILL MAKE IT A POINT THAT I TELL MY FRIENDS N FAMILY OF THE SHABBY TREATMENT N NEVER TO GO TO SPUR AT TGE HUB ITS BY FAR THE WORST IN CUSTOMER TREATMENT N RELATION👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
