The customer experience with this company is just what should not happen in customer service in 2020. If you visit them, it can take upto 30 to 1hr before you get someone to guide you either to wait or to the products section.

Upon getting a staff member they are quite knowledgeable and you get to learn a lot about mattress technology. But the fun ends there. Once you purchase, they will never assure you on the time you deliver and they are very defensive of this. Expect your delivery to arrive anytime from 9am to 9pm. In short you set aside a whole day to wait for this team.
If you call the selling store now the story becomes its not us - its our logistics team.

As a customer this experience can make you regret buying the product even before you use. They have a long way to go on customer service.

Your products are good but kindly work on customer care,i bought a Bed,Mattress, and a Matress protector,the protector was not delivered and i have followed on this without help..am only put on hold when i call

Snake Oil things. Bought an expensive mattress at Victoria Furniture Garden City. Wasn't comfortable. Complained there. Was given a number of a Kevin to talk to. Guy asked for a snapshot of the label. Went silent. 8 months down the line still nothing. Regretting every bit.
