I purchased a queen size mattress for 80,000KES 7 months ago. The mattress is now deeply dipping in the middle and has lost its shape in other places. The store has no return policy if you are not happy with the mattress once you have removed the plastic. I am very disappointed with the quality of this mattress and now will have to replace it with one from a different supplier. Vastly over priced and poor quality. Avoid their brand.
