Absurd and poor customer care. Just made a call to make an enquire for a conference ,weirdly the gentleman on the other side ranted that i shouldn't call at this (8pm) for such and should only do emails with the address on their website. I told him I wasn't booking but making an enquiry. At that point, he hanged up. Sorry Diani Forestbusiness lost.

Ideal location for holding conferences, meetings and retreats in Ukunda or Diani areas. Also not very far from Mombasa town, though one has to cross the ferry. Located just off the Diani - Lunga Lunga Road after the Diani Health Centre, the area is quiet and surrounded by trees and greenery. The facility is beautiful and the customer service is superb.

It's an OK 3/2 star lodge for small conferences. Clean linen. Average meals. Breakfast meh but lunch is always awesome!
