It is a good place - well located. Good customer service and timely. Can improve on waiting space (too open).

My favorite pizza is the triple decker, really tasty and so juicy. Order for delivery Monday through Thursday, Friday is offer day. You are likely to wait longer for delivery on offer day because of the volume of orders, just eat at the store. Wait time is about 20-30 minutes

Personally my favourite kenyan pizza joint. The cheese is generous and the sause is just flavourful.the prices are fare.
If you choose to order for delivery give it an hour and a half and it will probably come cold so some improvement needed there.
They only have outdoor sitting so its not cozy and when its cold or rainy it is not at all pleasant.
The double and triple layer pizzas are very much value for Money.
I would recommend for take away onlyresponse / report this review -

Convenience is a huge plus for me as far as this outlet is concerned due to location and speed. Pizza always ready to go within ten minutes of order. The toppings could use slightly more generosity but the quality is tip top.

I happened to be in your outlet at 6.40 a.m this morning. Actually I was waiting for Yana to open and someone had dropped me off to buy a tyre. I stood outside for like 20 minutes and finally when it was too cold for me I went inside. Placed my computer on a table and just read my mails. Two people greeted me but no one offered me a drink or asked what I wanted. After like 20 minutes I walked outside. All this time I am thinking---It would be so nice if there was a sitting place inside. How does management of Debonair expect people to sit outside in this cold weather. Finally after it was too cold and I really needed a drink, I walked down to Oilibya and had my breakfast in a warm friendly environment. Now you know what to do!!
