  horrible experience, they said they could do a particular color and when it was done, it turned out to be like my own natural hair color, to top it up the receptionist was super rude and talked to me as though she was doing me a favor, she also went on to metion that she wouldve charged me more but apparently according to her she gave me a big discount, they ripped me off for the color,whereas if i went elsewhere i would have probably paid half of what i paid them, i also asked them several times throughout the process what the cost would be and they refused to give me a clear cut answer for the cost, inspite of showing the stylist the picture and what i wanted, he still dint seem to know what he was doing, the least they could do was offer an apology, but instead they were rude and adamant, i assumed it was a proffessional salon only to be disappointed, just a word of caution, think twice before going to this salon, if they couldnt do the color i asked for, they couldv have said so from the begining as opposed to lying and ripping money out of people, shame on them,
