Review for the restaurant
The food is great and the menu, while not being so diverse, has enough variety for most people. They could however do with a few more serving points as the queue gets quite long sometimes.

The staff were soo nice i just asked if i can take a few pics for google maps and they said ok the weather was cool i loved it they also sell snacks at the hotel at a good price

The pool attendants are the only people at work here with excellent customer service. Food is served at a very sluggish pace, they are selective in service. Some customers are asked to pay upfront but are eventually served after a whole hour.

I don't know about the college but customer service at the public bar & restaurant is horrible.

Have a great time! A group of us from Japan stayed for 5 nights or so March 2016. Great rooms, great food (3 meals incl.) and great bar/pool. Excellent location near Nairobi National Park as well.

How can a so-called centre of excellence be a nuisance to its neghbours by playing loud music (worse than a night club) long past midnight in the name of hospitality? Is the college a licenced disco club?
