They are nothing but corrupt stuff there always wanting money to give you your goods.
Beware of the impunity in this service. U will be charged equal to your goods worth or more. You might end up without the parcels if you don't pay.
I was charged twice to receive my parcel from them.no receipt cause they are scammers.
Wezi!!!!Not long till you guys get caught!

I wudnt even give a single star .I've lost two parcels comin from Aliexpress out of which one jst recently got lost infact rather stolen.the staff at city square said they gave it to someone else by mistake, imagine it had my name n mob number on it stil they gave this excuse.tho we were there to take the delivery and they said the parcel has not yet arrived so v left without taking the parcel but very same day later ,they updated in the system that it has been delivered to me the same day.i know they have stolen it.I've placed complaints on kenya consumer cell forums.people trust the posta service and this is how they take care of our shipments.hope I get my package back and henceforth no one has to suffer.dont use this service for anything.

The second floor parcel pickup area has a nostalgic feel to it. I imagine it looks the same as 30-40 years ago. The process to pick up your parcel is probably also the same as 30-40 years ago. Multiple transactions at 4 different counters (including a repeat visit at one of the counters) with different pieces of paper, requiring 5 different stamps. Takes a long time too. As someone else has said, the tax amount that needs to be paid to redeem your parcel is at their mercy.

This is one of the oldest post offices in Kenya and with the recent advancement of technology, the place is a bit forgotten. The staff there are so friendly and willing to help.

The ladies at the information desk have no clue what customer service is. They couldn’t be less bothered. The lighting is off too. Too dark. They have a wheelchair ramp which is great.

Posta services need whoever did an overhaul at KRA to rescue them.

You go to pick a parcel, you are told that the internet is down. They tell you to leave money, and they will pay for you. The total tax calculation ends up surpassing 50% of the total price of the parcel. In some cases, the parcel doesn't attract taxes, but you are at their mercy. Bottom line, it's a hostage situation. Kindly don't ship parcels using Kenya's Postal Corporation.
