I visited City Park Bowling Green. Good place to have shared meal with friends; there was a live Dj; a large kids play area with climbing, slides, swings, trampolines; Surrounded by lush greenery of the park.

Nice place to pass time. There criendly monkeys in the park so carry lots of peanuts. Kid will love the park too there lots of activities for kids.

It's such a shame that the place where we've placed our loved ones is not being taken care of at all Grass is long. Graves are broken, no respect for the departed. No security when one decides to visit. One has to hunt for their beloved one's grave, because graves are unrecognizable. City of Nairobi create jobs for people, lots of jobs out there.. begin by cleaning up the cemetery's. I'm talking about the Catholic Cemetery's. I've recently been to a Muslim cemetery and was amazed at how clean and we'll looked after it is kept. I must say they respect the departed. Now it makes me think twice about where I'd like to be buried Let me not get into this any further, just hurts me to think about the Catholic Cemetery's.

This is one of the forgotten parks in Nairobi accoriding to me. The name is quite popular when giving directions since there's a market and an estate around it but the place is no longer attractive as it used to be. Quite often people get mugged/robbed there especially if you go to lonely parts or near the trees/ bushes. I wish they would take care of it more and improve on its security.
