I ordered a delivery at 1730hrs. It’s now 2005hrs. I call to cancel cause it’s unacceptable and a lady with no customer service training whatsoever picks and asks “what’s your name?” I tell her and explain my reason for cancelling and she says “Okay sawa no problem” no apologies or at least an explanation to support the delay. Sickening!!!
