Great spot for meals whether alone or as a group. Service could be a little faster on the chicken though or a means of alerting customers when their order is ready could be implemented as has been done in other chicken Inn outlets

I ordered and they told me after an hour they would have delivered. I repeated my number thrice to the lady that took my call for me to place my order. After two and a half hours of not hearing from them i call again and no one answers. I call once more and a lady answers and i enquire about my order and she asks me to give them my phone number again. I do twice and she tells me the delivery guy called me but i was offline. Surely who orders and switches off their phone with all the hunger pangs!!!!!! All this time my phone was on and its in perfect condition and new. The lady on the phone advises me to wait for another hour for them to dispatch my order. I just cancelled my order very angry.

I order for delivery at 6pm, at 8pm I call and a lady tells me they are bringing in 30min, drive there at 10pm only to find out the delivery man left without my order, to make matters worse I was charged for extra cheese and extra baccon only to reach home and find it was served the normal pizza with nothing extra.
