  Very poor customer service and relationship. I bought textbooks for a total of 18,000KES and the management refused to give even 1% discount while other bookshops give at least 5% and even 10% when you buy many. Very disappointing. They told me their prices are already good but I checked later in another bookshop and Chania was more expensive! Liars! And they refused to refund me.
  I will never come back and recommend that you run away from the place, there are other bookshops around that are more customer-satisfaction oriented.
