WHY would I spend over an hour picking my items, leave my trolley at the check out counters area as I continue to shop, only to find some s*ll* employees have decided to return all my items back to the shelves AFTER specifically informing them that I was still shopping? TWICE ! ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS ! Grrrrrr . response from management: couldn't be bothered. Unbelievable! Oh wait. IS IT BECAUSE I AM BLACK??????? I have heard of racist treatment towards black shoppers there. Well, I AM DONE.
One VERY UNHAPPY customer. Good thing there's a supermarket coming up at village market.. I can't wait!

Excellent supermarket, good pricing and a wide variety of good. The Bakery section never disappoints. Check out can be long on end month and on holiday season, you will need to be patient.

I love shopping here on weekdays. Weekends the mall is busy. You can get all your groceries, meats,veges, ready food & bakes. Prices are reasonable. Great customer service too.

It's huge, it's a bit of drive to get there and further out of the way.

It does have a large selection of items and the extra hour of free parking you get for buying is quite useful.

The signage could be clearer but there are always attendants who could help you out.

It would be awesome if they extended it to be 24hrs.

Customer service is terrible! I would advice people not to buy electronics there. After less than fourteen days use my cook stoves stopped working properly. They insisted to repair instead of replace. It took more than 1,5 month and they didn’t call so I could pick them up. I will not buy any electronics there again!

Once upon a time, Nakumatt and Uchumi Hyper were on this level as a go to place. We needed it, they had it. Carrefour on the other hand brings more than what we need to shopping experiences. Loving the international variety of products.

Great offers for many items, especially for food. Look out for carrefour brand items that are unique here. Bakery offers very good deals for fresh baked high quality bread. Fresh food section has a good selection of vegetables and ready to cook items.
