The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Beer and wine are at very good prices.
This is a comfortable hotel in a safe and good part of town. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It's a clean place. Convenient if you have business in Upper Hill. They serve very good breakfast. However, the walls are not soundproof. So keep that in mind. Wi-Fi is a bit slow and on-and-off.

The place has done a good job with the ambience but the rooms are quite small . Bathroom is too small, no extra towels or face towels. The bed is not too comfortable as you expect for the price you pay. Staff was not hospitable, the lady at the reception who received us was not welcoming or open to dialogue on information about the hotel. And in the morning we received the same treatment from other staff who were serving breakfast. Breakfast was okay. But No value for money.

This is a boutique hotel that is so conviniently located in the business hub of Upper Hill District, Nairobi. They know how to take care of business travellers. Kudos.

Not sure if it's intentional planned but businesses around this area are overshadowed by the taller buildings. This is one of the gems that's great and affordable accommodation for those around the upper hill area.
