This company has the worst service. They do not have clear guidelines on how to go about the process of getting the Compliance Certificate yet when you have made an error, they do not even offer ways to make it right. Their phone numbers are mostly off and even when they are on, they do not answer. Additionally, they do not respond to emails. The lady who I spoke to 3 days later was very rude; she did not offer any assistance, was not even sorry for their poor services and was very defensive for not answering the phone on the instances when the calls would go through.

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They do not answer phone calls and do not respond to email. This for services which they will charge you for.

Very useless! They send you alarming sms like a loan application has been made using your ID details you panic and write emails and follow up with phone calls. Their customer care number is perpetually unanswered. They are not at their Delta House Office either—apparently they are working from home. So why not respond to emails at least?

What’s the point of their staff earning a salary even when they cannot respond to simple inquiries?

I paid my loan of 215 from m-shwari was late to pay for only 2day this year ago till now am told late to pay.
I never knew this TransUnion this that have so mercyless heart that why KCB and few other have not giving me loan and More other Kenyans
Now I understand why so many people are suffering.
Too bad for poor Kenyans.

This is one of the most useless firms in Kenya. Paid my loans and paid 2200 for clearance and still they won't remove my name from that list or whatever it is. But that's not the point. There's virtually no way of reaching them. Their number doesn't work and do they even have a client support team? Central Bank please cancel their license.
