  They are not what they seem, not soo straight forward mostly Their Nairobi sales office ,you have to beg for proper explanation ,and they will always leave the important details ,and when you buy the vehicle ,you get the left out details surprises later on, let's say they are all about making a sale ,nothing else they don't care about the customer
