Too much corruption. They are not keen with their work at the good conduct section, cases of people completing application and later been recalled back to come and resubmit papers is common. The queues are always long and seems they never change way of doing things. The corruption part is the worst where normally the certificate should take a maximum of two weeks to be send to ecitizen account after application but they will always ask for money to get it in less than one hour if you need it hurriedly. The staff are not friendly either.

Quite efficient. Opening hours are flexible and service is fast.Getting your good conduct certificate before heading to work is possible.However you have to get here early to be among the first in the queue.

Most hospitable part of the police force albeit. Good and fast service. Big improvement since those notorious days. I've loved all my encounters with them so far.
