What happened to Buruburu? You will ask yourself this question when you see the disorganization at this place. I grew up near this place and it was orderly and clean. Today it is a shadow of its former self. Garbage and filth at every turn and potholes and lack of parking place. If you will like a recomendation please try eastleigh. They are equal in terms messy and chaotic places.

Parking can be frustrating. You need to be careful where you park. Some locations have tendencies of petty thieves.

It's convenient for people living on the eastern part of Nairobi, who don't want to go to the Central Business District of the city

Nice place with banks, restaurants, petrol stations, supermarkets, library but some idle boys keep hanging around. You just need to be cautious because I saw a certain boy snatch a handbag from a certain woman

My residence. The shopping centre is self-contained with supermarkets, schools, churches, grocery markets, access to commuter train and reliable public transport. This is the place to be. Almost two decades hereand am not moving.

Buruburu is a large estate in East Nairobi. Buruburu shopping centre is the commercial services hub of the estate from back in the days before large shopping malls took over from small shopping centres. Good food and drinks at cheap prices. High traffic of people and cars. Very lively place.

Not an insecure place but practice caution as lapses in concentration on personal safety may not pass unpunished.

Convenient location with limited parking spaces. Various businesses including banks, eateries and even a dentist! Could do with more exposure.
