Looks very run down from the outside and in. Looks like some renovation has been done, but not enough. Poor maintained structures. Basic level of cleanliness

1.Water from the shower takes too long to warm thus lots wastage .
2. Very dirty mosquito nets
3. Make sure to carry an insect repellent lotion because of mosquitoes.
4. The hotel needs a general refurbishment including replacement of old furniture.
5. The conference room is dark and stuffy.
6. More toilets should be added near the conference facility.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

The hotel is below any ranking and below one star. Filthy. Toilets do not flash. Furniture is worn out, chipping away. The food is unpalatable. The attending personnel are rude and least caring about guests.. If there is a way you can avoid staying at the hotel or even visiting, please do.

Had a pretty funny experience here. Came down early one morning about 6am to do some reading. Two people were sleeping on the couches in the lobby. I thought they were guests who couldn't find a room, or had too much to drink. But after a few minutes they both got up one went and brushed her teeth and then went behind the front desk. The other was a maintenance worker. Kinda hard to knock this place too hard as there's really not much else in Bungoma. Just know what you're getting yourself into. It's a 1 star hotel stateside. Probably a 5 star hotel in Bungoma. I'll meet in the middle and give 3 stars. The place is badly in need of some maintenance and TLC. A couple big holes in our bathroom. Staff was friendly. Beds were stiff. Beds had mosquito nets. There's a loud club next door. Would've been impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Pool was nice. Hot water in shower works sometimes sometimes not.

The rooms are okay and there is an on-site bar n restaurant. Great reception. Swimming pool is available. Restaurant Service is however slow and and the rooms need maintenance. Wifi is slow and is not available in all areas

A nice place to take the family out. Swimming pool is good though the attendants need to be watchful. The changing rooms need to be regularly cleaned
