It's a nice place. It's 200m from the GK prison offering security throughout the day. It offers a good environment for meetings no noise. Good customer service. The rates are low to be met by an average Kenyan.

Very low cost! about $15 per night per room. But not up to western standards. dirt court yard so you tracked red dirt/mud around; even getting from your room to the dinning room was a challenge in the rain. Squat floor toilets, tiny rooms and the toilets didn't flush well as well Water puddled up in the shower area but clean by Kenya standards and ok otherwise.
