I highly encourage you not to use this company. First of all, all the reviews here are fake. You just need to check each of them to realize they are fake accounts that make the same reviews to the same three or four businesses. Secondly and most important; this company asks you for a lot of money in advance of any service. You have to pay before you get your permit so for them to then get the permit or not is not relevant. I highly advise you to contact another agency, they'll ask you for a small fee in advance and the whole price after delivering the permit. Then you know they are going to try their best. Furthermore, they ask for much less money than this company.
To finalise with, this is not my real name but I got a service with this company, which they delivered half way only although they got the full money and they never replied to any of my emails afterwards.
Therefore please do not waste your time with this company and get a serious one. A company that needs to buy fake reviews says it all

This company is not recommended. They are unresponsive and very unprofessional. I ended up using another company to get my permits after waiting for 6 months for this one to deliver. They also ask for up front fees that are 3 times more expensive than the usual rate.

Finally got my work permit done. A few "Kenyan" challenges at the beginning, but ended perfectly, thanks to the out of the box thinking and a small trustworthy team. Recommended and greetings from Spain.
