Beach front and very simple in an amazing way. You have your food and drinks as the sea roars just in front of you. Very relaxing. Service may take long, but then again you shouldn't be in such a place if you are in a hurry.

Has great view of the ocean. The seats are actually on the sand. The most unique part of it would be the artwork on the place that lights up at night when the lights are switched on. They however need to improve on their karaoke sound; didn't sound nice at all. Great service from staff who notice you as soon as you enter their premises. They also need to get a good deejay to know what to play at what hour. The place has great potential though

Love the outdoor setup and reggae music. Theres merchandise sold next to the bar. Great place to meet new people and tourists. Even allows khat from outside

The restaurant is directly at beach! The staff is really friendly and the food is good! We had grilled tuna which they just catched I the morning. However if there are a lot of people you should not be too hungry already because you have to wait for your food a little as everything is made fresh

After some walk along the white sands along the beach in Diani, a good place I would recommend for a pit stop while laying a their long beach chair is definitely Bidi Badu. Only 20m south Lantana Galu beach Hotel, you can stay as long as you want. Just get something to drink or to eat. The staff is excellent, good service and you are in good hands

Wonderful, 'right-on-the-beach' environment. The breeze runs through the tents and the shade cools the tables and sofas on the sand

It looks out to constantly changing and entertaining sea and sand panorama. Between the sky and the water front there are a several dozen shades of blue turquoise, green, etc. before the the brilliant white of sand and the beach.

The food is tasty and good for beach fare. The service is very prompt, helpful and friendly. Like everything else in Kenya, it will take hour(s) to arrive, unless you diligently chase them. Very reasonable prices. Best for lunch or afternoon. esp if you want to get out of the mid-day sun and chill a while

Bidi Badu is a beach bar and restaurant on the famously beautiful white sandy beach of Diani. Though the staff and service is friendly with a relaxing atmosphere, it still needs a bit of improvement on the side of decor (especially the seats). I think this is due to the fact that it opened recently (in 2015). Their food is good and the pricing is fair. They also have good music and other shows and entertainment. Its a place to look up if you take a holiday in Diani!
