  They sell affordable laptops, desktops and accessories but they could do better on the time you spend waiting for them to clear your order, i waited for almost 4hrs,

  Very very and I mean VERY slow service. They need to improve on how they serve their clients. I went to the shop, the only client at the time, and they still managed to waste an hour of my time only to tell me they didn't have what I wanted. Dealing with them over phone is even worse. I would give 0 stars if there were that option.

  THESE GUYS ARE CONMEN! I BOUGHT A MACHINE AFTER A MONTH THE MACHINE DEVELOPED SCREEN PROBLEM I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME "NIMEFINYA" LAPTOP I HAVE LEARNT A HARD LESSON JUST NEEDDED 10 K TO BUY A NEW MACHINE ..CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE!

  Good machines on sale both new and used. One of the few computer shops in Nairobi that sources good quality Ex-Uk/Japan laptops some as good as new at a fraction of the cost. Shop is however too small and one has to wait sometimes upto an hour to be served. The principal sales guy is also too overzealous and will sometimes cross sell or over sell especially if you don't know what you are looking for.
