I love their lipstick but I ordered some yesterday for pick up only for them to tell me it was out of stock. Apparently if I paid for it online no one would would have taken it. I am upset because they made me waste my time and energy and I didn't get as much as an apology. Very unacceptable. I'm better off sticking to Sephora.
