  poor customer service. Giving family false hope. They were to give a refund of 23000 and now they give us stupid excuse after taking 1.6 million within 10 days and my father didn't even make it. I feel like even the doctors are so incompetent

  I took an accident patient to this hospital who was in need of emergency surgery, and they kept postponing his surgery for two days. They're Damn expensive, my friend was there for 3 days and I ended up paying 365,000.00 shillings. Not affordable to middle class citizen.
