Great customer service here. Came with a unique problem and their team got together to solve it. They stayed after hours to ensure it was completed. They have all the tools for the job and supervisors have all the experience. They have Wi-Fi so you can catch up on some work while you wait for your car to get sorted out. Coffee and Water available while you wait. I highly recommend this branch mostly due to the extra effort they put in to go over and beyond.

Very professional garage with staffs who are very good at what they do. They handle most of the cars and their services are system based. Their pricing is very competitive for both service and parts. They get overwhelmed at times and this creates delays.

Good customer service,was there in October with a punctured tyre had bought two weeks ago from their different branch..was given a NEW tyre,fitted and was happy.
Durable tyre brand that had stayed with for 5yrs before a change.
Quick customer service.
Will recommend them to anyone.

So for the longest time taking your car to the garage has always meant that you go to some dingy place by the roadside with no proper parking, no loo, no customer service absolutely nothing. Then these guys check in and they have a clean environment with a proper waiting area, well trained staff who are polite helpful and other stuff. I must say they've changed the game and best still, they're pocket friendly! I bought my tires and battery there and on both occasion enjoyed the service! They even have free WiFi!

Pre sales service was good (I guess coz they wanted the money). But during and after fitting new set of tyres both technician and front office staff were very judgemental and rude. I will not be going back there! I just hope the tyres they sold to me are indeed genuine.

The day I went there it was cold and drizzling. I wanted a tyre but I didn't know the size. The mechanic went out in the rain found out make and size,they checked out pressure of the other tyres and drove the car onto the ramp so that I didn't have to go into the rain to get in. Talk about customer care!
