Did not love their service, took a Government vehicle for wheel alignment but they did a shoddy job ,was like nothing was actually done . Some staff especially the customer service advisers have an attitude. Have less time for 'drivers' sent by organisations.

Good for auto services and tyre replacements. Nice clean environment. Coffee tea available as you wait for your car to be fixed.

Been a valued customer or so i thought until last week when i payed them a visit to replace a blown tire. Was met with 1000 excuses why they WON'T. Why spend over 40k on new tires for them to make up unrealistic excuses just coz they can ? Never again.

Very helpful. Vehicle has noise from tyres and they had a technician drive along to verify and troubleshoot. Problem was solved promptly. Excellent customer service.

This is my favourite vehicle service point. They have lots of modern equipment and do a professional job. This is why their pricing, which is also relatively low, pleasantly surprising. Many people avoid it thinking that it's expensive on account of being high end. They will be pleasantly surprised to know that's not the case, yet to service is indeed top notch.

Good service. The branch located along Mombasa road outbound is often the one that is less busy compared to the one on the opposite side of the road. The technicians are especially helpful.

They are cheap and fast but they don't have service materials for some cars. For example Peugeot 406. I took my car there and they installed the wrong oil filter and also did not change the air filter. Just blew it with compressed air. They also didn't have the right wipers for my car. I had to take my car to Urysia after this for a proper service.
