Poor customer handling. They do not understand the customer's problems.

They need to invest in their mechanics. They levy hefty charges for services that the mechanics know nothing about for example resetting service interval for German cars which comes as a standard charge within the service cost yet the mechanic doesn't have any idea what it is or how it is done. The client has to go get it done elsewhere, at an additional cost of course.
