Auto and Industrial Holdings Ltd is located in Laikipia County,Nturukuma at the Ex-Kenya Fibre Go Downs approximately 1.8kms from Nanyuki Town.The workshop is the desire of John Bekker and Margaret Bekker.John who is the Technical Director has over 30 years as an auto mechanic and in managing high profile automotive and mining workshops.Margaret who is the Managing Director has banking experience of the same number of years achieving high levels of management.Both had a dream of starting their own company and offering better services to their clients than competitors.The workshop contains a 20 bay garage,a panel beating,welding,respray section,a car wash and valeting area,reception/office space and storage space for parts,tools and so on.The workshop has highly trained and certified mechanics who are able to prove they have superior customer awareness and interaction.
The technology revolution in computers has enhanced their ability to diagnose and repair their clients vehicles.The workshop remains on the cutting edge by instituting the use of the latest powerful computer diagnostic in it's shop.
It is the express purpose of Auto and Industrial to become the local leader in quality and service experience of all the small (non-dealerships) automotive repair firms within Northern Kenya while maintaining a low cost plan.Once a reputation for quality and service experience is created and an ongoing network of referrals is bringing new business,the workshop plans to re-evaluate its strategy and positioning within the market to see if a differentiation strategy is viable for expected long term growth.
