  Have been there customer for whole of 2018, but will never ever.! seek there services anymore. At beginning we started well with Nderitu (Lead Supervisor), initially car oil change /service for like 8 times in order to gain confidence with Auto Concept and it was owesome!!, but mid last year I brought in my vehicle for extreme makeover (body painting /engine overhaul etc). Hapa ndio I came to know these true colors 😱😱😰😰..(1) It took 4months Plus (2) Some parts we had agreed to change, they dint and yet they charged (3) Body fittings were either broken or missing (4) They released the vehicle best knowing bolts /nuts were loose been gearbox and engineand many other things that I can't finish to write In other words can conclude that Auto Concepts are only good in oil change, and other minor details, but when it comes to the real Job !! One star ni bahati.!
