In a class of their own best service providers, keep doing what you doing.
Maternity nurses are very friendly and quick..,their services are good in general.
Its one of the few hospitals in the area and serves people from as far as Machakos, Kitengela, Namanga, etc. They have the basic hospital facilities and there has been a lot of renovations and some construction works as the hospital expands to accommodate the growing number of patients. It operates 24 hours and has an ambulance to transport emergency cases.
Their customer care is very very poor with disorganized staff
Very slow and staff members busy chatting on phone when they have a patient to attend to. Specifically at the triage and consultation rooms
It is a real community hospital. All health services available
Not organised. Staff not in.
Poor service. Money minded hospital instead of saving lives they demand for money first. Keeping a fractured patient who also suffers broken rib for 5days without attending to Jim in the absence of full fees. It's a disgrace.
The maternity nurses have attitude which is not right for patients.I mean it's not free patients are paying and I don't understand why they treat patients that way.
