It has a hotel room side and a furnished apartments side. It also has a restaurant where a person can have any meal or snack as per their menu. It's close enough to the town centre to make it convenient to run errands to town but far enough to avoid the noise found in town. It's generally a quiet place. It doesn't have a pool though for people who'd want to stay at a place where they'd swim. It's an okay place to stay
