  Amazing customer service, had my delivery at my doorstep. They have the best Tofu in town and better yet, fresh fruits and veggies!!! I am glad i found my new online shop.

  Despite a delivery hiccup which was resolved very quickly, I am quite happy with the service I got! The customer service is excellent and riders are very kind + efficient, and their products are fresh & amazing. They have rare condiments and sauces that are hard to find, at great prices. I love love the kimchi, will be stocking up on it regularly!

  I am not sure how long I have been buying from Alphajiri Greengrocer, maybe close to 2 years now? I probably order from them at least once a week and I have always had a good experience with them, which is why I keep going back. Their customer service is great (which is rare to find), their deliveries are always on time and which order I know I will receive fresh produce. I need to visit the shop one of these days just to say hello to them :), keep up the great service!

  Excellent customer service! I’ve ordered online and via WhatsApp. Their peanut butter is all natural and nothing but peanuts. Their tofu is by far the best quality I’ve found in Nairobi. They also have American sweet potatoes when other shops don’t.

  I bought the Miso paste, Tofu and Kimchi (Vegan, though I had ordered the regular Kimchi) and it was tasty and worth the try. Looking forward to trying out more of their products. The Customer service is friendly and efficient. I encourage everyone to try them.
