  Nice shop,quality products although the Kenyan lady handling the office phone is so rude and impolite .Hang up on me cause I had an issue with my delivery,no customer service skills at all.The other Indian lady is so warm and courteous

  The best household electronics shop in Kenya by far their prices are great and they've stocked all major brands like Sony, LG, Samsung, Hotpoint, Hisense among others this is your to go shop for fridge, microwave, TV set, Home theater e.t.c. Their staff are also amazing and very friendly and will give you the much needed information for you to make a decision. I'd highly recommend them as your to go shop for all your household electronics needs.

  It is by the road and a place you can't miss. They have genuine electronics and they are fairly cheap. They do deliveries if you buy big appliances like fridge, washing machine etc. I bought my smart TV and a toaster here over two years ago and they are as good as new.
