Service time is wanting, get lab guys that can be able to draw blood, not pricking little children more than THRICE and traumatising them in the process.

Wanted anti malarial medicine for me and my son for our visit to a malaria zone. We'd been in the country less than 48 hrs and had basically lost our overseas medical script for the required medicine. This should have been a straight forward process. We were made to undergo lab tests-$$$ and the doctor we saw laughed that we had to go through that unnecessary procedure too. The lady who sent us of to the lab told us that they need to check for 'antigens' to check out any malaria had started developing.
The whole process took a couple of hours.
They seem to have revenue targets or bonus incentives for staff at these sort of places.

I got my prescription, went to the pharmacy on ground floor at the gateway mall down the road and got the apparently over the counter medicine. Didn't really need that visit to this mob. Avoid if you can.

Plus its dusty, I asked for water which never came and didn't want to ask again as the customer service counter play seemed surly enough, empty dusty water dispenser was all there was for appearances though full water tubs were situated at the customer service area.

That was sour experience generally.Only the doctor seemed to be on the ball. Dont make them send you of to the lab..! See the doctor first.
