By far the best hospital experience I’ve had in Kenya. The service is impeccable, the staff are compassionate and thoughtful, the facilities are top notch and the doctors are professional and highly skilled, especially Dr. Yamal and his team. I had an outpatient procedure and my experience was so seamless. Fantastic facility! Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience at this hospital, and I can't praise the staff and doctors enough, especially Dr. Yamal Patel. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in capable and caring hands. The entire team, from the receptionists to the nurses, displayed utmost professionalism and empathy.Dr. Yamal Patel, in particular, stood out with his expertise and compassionate bedside manner. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, alleviating my anxiety. His dedication to his patients' well-being is truly remarkable.The hospital's facilities were clean, well-maintained, and modern, contributing to a comfortable and reassuring environment. I felt supported throughout my stay, and the teamwork among the medical staff was evident.Overall, I am deeply grateful to Dr. Yamal Patel and the entire hospital team for their outstanding care and commitment to their patients. I had a great experience undergoing a hysterectomy here. After years of pain, I'm finally pain free. The hospital stay was great the team is respectful of your needs, considerate and kind. They knock before entering and put your comfort first. If you're a woman suffering here's a solution!!

A very good place, well equipped, I did Laparoscopic cholecystectomy under Dr Jumba. all nurses were very friendly apart from one who handled me badly shortly from theater. Good Doctors, very welcoming receptionist, good care, very specious rooms, I really enjoyed my kingslanding room despite being sick I was happy that my family could visit me comfortably any time,I had a 3 months son but I felt I was in my own house.the hospital is recommendable any day, any time🙏.
