  Came here on the way to Nishiyama Park during Golden Week. It was a little crowded but we expected that with the holidays and what not. Thus, our orders came out a little staggered. But the food was pretty good. The pasta lunch set was delicious and you get a drink! I got a hot latte and the Totoro latte art was adorable! I ordered the seafood pasta and it came with plenty of seafood and sauce. It really hit the spot.
  
  If you're in a rush, this is probably not the best place to go. But it's a cute café with a big central garden and a nice place to sit down and enjoy a drink.
