Very nice hotel. Very accommodating staff to handle all your needs. The food is also very good. We enjoyed very much our breakfast.

The location of the hotel is also very strategic. Its just beside the Kofu castle and the Kofu city hall. And its right beside the Kofu bus and train terminals. Also beside the mall and starbucks.

Small rooms. Close to station, restaurants, and shopping. Staff is excellent, they are quick to resolve any issues one may have. Recommend if one needs a cheap place to stay, but it isn't a five star hotel.

Rooms are a bit smelly and walls transmit noise easily. Rooms have refrigerator, toilet with bidet. 2nd floor has a community microwave, coin laundty, and vending machine.

部屋は狭く、設備は古いが、駅から近くて便利。大浴場にはサウナもあり、十分くつろげる。部屋からは、隣の舞鶴場も見えて、いわゆるキャッスビュー？で眺めは良い。値段の割には良いホテルだと思います。

雖然是很普通的商務旅館，但是離車站實在是太近了！非常方便，價錢也很便宜
窗外的景色也很漂亮
但因為沒有禁菸房間，所以房間會有一點煙味，介意的人可能要注意

甲府駅至近で立地抜群。
ですがとにかく旧い！チェックインまでは良かったがエレベーターの旧さと非オートロックの部屋ドアで悟りました…。旧世代のユニットバス、止まらないトイレタンクの音、換気出来ない部屋、恐ろしくデカイ床置きクーラー、緩んだ電球で点かなかった照明、ホコリまみれの天井非常灯、クローゼット無し、グラスもなく湯呑み一つ、
多分オーナーが世の中の変化とニーズを受け入れないんでしょうね…。
寝るだけですが、もうそろそろ建て替えませんか…？

予約サイトの素泊まりプランで利用。大浴場サウナがあります。駅近くで居酒屋も１階にありまして何かと便利。

WiFiも感度良好。
