  The rooms are good but there ar no other amenities on this hostel like gym, pool, etc. Bic eolace to spend a night.

  Awesome view from the 16th floor! Felt lost in translation :) close to everything. Oita is a very fun lively town with a great nightlife,restaurants and lots of young hispters. Much more fun at night than beppu!

  Oita has some really weird laws regarding foreigners in their hotels such as requiring photocopies of passports. Also the doorman had a taxi block the entrance to make it hard for someone coming to pick us up get to the doors of the hotel. Other than that the hotel was nice. The air conditioner doesn't get cold enough in my opinion and the only way to keep it on when you're out of the room is with a special electricity card we had to call the front desk to get.

  4 star hotel with amazing views of the city. Rooms are well kept and bathrooms are spacious.

  大分市のランドマークと言えるホテルのひとつでもある。県立芸術会館や商業施設とつながっており利便性も高い。

  It looks very ugly when the front desk tried very hard to charge me 50$ more than those online booking services. Plus, I was traveling with my baby girl and wanted to do late check out for about an hour. I was then informed that to do late check out, I have to pay 30% of the daily room fee. Seems quite obviously that what they only care is money.
