低温熟成したロースの上質部分を180～190g使用した肉厚な上ロースかつ。衣はサクッと揚げられ、断面はほんのりピンク色。肉質は柔らかく、旨味を感じられる。衣、肉の脂ともにクドさは全くない。脂身の部分は岩塩で頂くと、肉の甘さが際立つ。どっさりと山盛りにされたキャベツは、食べても食べてもなかなか減らない(笑)

卓上の調味料。カラシ、特製ソース、マヨネーズ、キャベツ用のフレンチドレッシング、ウスターソース、醤油、ミルタイプの岩塩、七味唐辛子。岩塩は据え置きでなく、かつと一緒に出される。

上ロースかつ膳 1,400円。肉厚な上ロースかつに、どっさり盛られたキャベツ、具沢山の豚汁、大盛のご飯、漬物。圧倒的コストパフォーマンス！美味しくて、お腹いっぱいになる。

담백하고 정성이 들어간 음식 같아 보입니다 정갈하게 튀겨진 돈까스는 부드럽고 육즙이 살아있습니다 함께 나오는 장국은 투박하면서도 멋스럽지는 않지만 담백하고 맛이 깊었습니다 가격은 1,100엔 등심, 안심 가격도 맛에 비해 저렴합니다

ご飯が意外と多めなので、小食の人はご飯半分にした方がいいかも。男性も結構ご飯半分でオーダーしてる人多かったです。

並んでいる間に注文を聞かれ、座ったらすぐ食事が運ばれてくるという店員さんの連携が素晴らしいです。上ロースかつ膳をいただきました。ごはん少なめにしてもらってもお腹いっぱい！豚汁のお味噌は白味噌の麦味噌でしょうか？お米も美味しく完食しました。次はカレーが気になる
