  アクセスが非常に良い。登山道は大変整備されている。単独峰なので景色も抜群です。

  昔、航行する船が目印にしたという伊勢三山の一つ。山頂からは伊勢平野、伊勢湾が一望出来、条件によっては富士山も。堀坂峠からは手軽に、松阪森林公園からは観音岳と一緒に周回する人が多い。
