  An outlet with a variety of shops. There is a good morimori sushi shop. Delicious but not pricey.

  Dont be deceived by the exterior. Seems quiet on the outside and small. But when you are inside, u can spend a day here. Goods are not as cheap as the US outlets but you get japanese stuff here.

  This is a huge, still pretty new shopping venue with all kinds of shops/restaurants. If you're in Shiga prefecture you might as well visit for a few hours. Be prepared to spend a great deal of money.

  Good place for shopping and relax. Air is fresh. Parking lot is big. You can get there by bus also.

  One hour drive from Kyoto city. You can also take the Kintetsu bus from Kyoto JR directly. They accept seat reservation.

  This is the most crowded outlet I have ever been in Japan. The brands are much younger than most outlet. I like it.

  Good selection of stores, prices range from reasonable to outrageous. Some items are marked almost the same as regular stores, so you'll have to find the special deals. Worth checking out.
