  Fantastic place, attention to detail is amazing. Courteous English speaking staff, neat rooms, with one of those Japanese automated heated toilets. Don't know about other meals but the breakfast served in the restaurant on the 2nd floor has lots of variety. The hotel is in the city centre. I enjoyed my time there and highly recommend it.

  Nice hotel situated next to shopping arcade. Place is more contemporary compared to other hotels in Kyushu. Rooms are smallish but good enough for a good night sleep. Area is nice and clean. Wifi signal is strong so connections stay strong. Breakfast buffet is much better than other places ( conti and japanese). For those driving, parking is 1100 Yen per night.

  Small but very clean. Beds are soft and if you don't mind the small rooms this place is well worth the money. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

  The room was decent and of average size for Japan. The walls are bare, though, so everything echoed in the room. There is no microwave in the room, so you have to go to a shared one on a separate floor.

  We had a great time at this hotel, the staff were very professional. The hotel is well located (very close to the bus terminal in the city center), very good wifi, cheap coin laundry, very clean room which was well equipped with fridge, safe and even trouser press, a phone charger and ethernet port.

  I stayed in this hotel for three weeks. The rooms are small but cozy and clean in general. The staff is very helpful and friendly in a non intrusive way. The breakfast is good but needs more variety; if you stay more than two days you will see the same things.

  Удобно расположенный отель. Рядом замок Кумамото. В 15 минутах ходьбы от ж/д станции. В номере есть все необходимое - чай, чайник, холодильник, Wi-Fi. Приветливый, англоговорящий персонал. Вокруг много ресторанов.

  Not impressed with the staff / very unaccommodating. The rooms are clean, but beds and pillows were not comfortable.
