Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and cosy. The best rooms on our trip so far. The only gripe is the restaurants. All of them are very pricey. Even the cheapest one turned out to be giving chef food, meaning the portion was very small.

This hotel should be condemned. The rooms look nothing like the photo and despite moving to another room, found it was no better. The bathroom has not been touched since the 1970s. The plumbing is loud and when you flush the toilet you wait 7 minutes for the room to stop rumbling. Their is mould in the bathroom. The carpet is dirty and has manually repairs in it. We moved rooms to only find the next one was no better. When we asked to move again they said we would need to go too elf the unrenovated rooms if we wanted lower than 20th floor. How is this renovated?

It's a great location but diabolically tired. Do not come here. It is not coven close to a 3 star. The beds are tired and uneven, the air conditioning doesnt work and the staff at reception appear too busy to help. This is like a bad Cawley towers. Look anywhere else but here.

Lovely hotel with amazing views. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast options is not huge and it is expensive but good enough. Of course, very well located, next to Shinjuku station and with service to bring you directly to Narita Airport.

We stayed at the Keio for 3 nights. Pros: close to shinjuku and the JR loop. It has a very good currency exchange machine in the lobby. And the staff mostly can speak English.aircon is great. Having a combini store, with cheap prices in the basement was good. Views are amazing.

Cons: beds were crazy hard compared to North American 5 star hotels. Felt like motel beds with nice sheets. The elevators get crazy busy and you have to wait.
