Great sauce!! Prepare after you order.. deep fried pork chop is good, but slightly thinner than other good shop..

팁) 11시에 오픈이긴 한데 제가 갔을 때엔 11시 20분 오픈이라고 팻말이 따로 있고 그 아래에 웨이팅 적듯이 이름을 적고 테이블/바를 선택하여 동그라미 쳐두는 종이가 있었어요. 일찍 도착하셨다면 일단 거기에 이름 적으시고요, 오픈시간 직전까지 미관지구던 근처 상점가던 구경 하시다가 오픈시간에 딱 가면 이름 적은 순서대로 들여보내줍니다. 11시 오픈이라고 10시 반부터 줄서고 그런일은 안하셔도 되요. 테이블/바 선택은 바로 하는걸 추천드리고요(테이블은 4인테이블인데 자리가 비면 합석시킴), 관광객은 A세트 B세트 이렇게 시켜먹는 편이고 현지인들은 그냥 xx까스 2~3조각에 밥 추가해서 먹더라고요. (일본어로 적힌 메뉴를 보면 다 써있어요) 사진은 B세트인데 이것도 진짜 맛있습니다. 한국서 사보텐 좋아하시는 분은 아닐 수도 있는게 소스를 까스 위에 뿌려서 주기때문에 부먹을 좋아하신다면 환상적인 고기와 소스를 부어도 살아있는 튀김옷에 뿌듯하실거예요.

This well-patronized restaurant was some of the best tonkatsu I've had in Japan. The sauce is thick and rich and the breading is just the right weight.
