Good hotel , near the station. easy access. no free breakfast unfortunately.

No really good stay experience, the double bed room is really too small. No recommend for foreigner to stay.

Rooms are standard size in Japan - it means that if you have bigger luggage you might have problem to store it in room. However, the hotel service is quite good - access to public hot bath is included in price, staff is friendly, bed is ok.

It is listed as a 4 Star hotel, but is actually a 3 star business hotel. I've experienced better 3 star hotels

Location is good, easy to get to on foot. I went there by car, so I don't care about the weather, but in case of walking, you'd better bring your umbrella or buy new one at station. Room was nice, tidy. Service was perfect!

About 5 minutes from Kanazawa station, the hotel was easy to access with minimum exposure to the heat until the last minute or so. Rooms were clean and well appointed and the public bath was also well maintained. Service from the front desk was also very helpful and efficient.

Spent three nights in a twin room.
Room itself was quite small, as are most Japanese rooms I've encountered, with not much room for bags.
The room was clean and tidy with relatively modern appointments. The TV was quite small, but as the channels available free are in Japanese we did not use it. Room service was on request, but the staff provided us with fresh towels every day regardless.
Staff spoke basic English, were polite and keen to help.
Location was good, right next to the Kanazawa main station, though it is a short bus ride to the main tourist attractions in the town.response / report this review
