During my 5 weeks visit and tour to Nagano, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Miyajima Island, Osaka , Tokyo, Ginza, Shimbashi and Shinjuku, I always drank the famous Saijo sake brewed by Kamotsuru- the Daijinjo sake aka the Obama sake. I drank it during lunch with my spicy ramen, dinner with my beef or eel bento set and during Happy Hour at the 24th floor of the New Otani Hotel like the locals do in these cities. This famous Daijinjo sake are sold at most supermarkets. It has a very beautiful fragrance taste and it is smooth down your throat. You must really try it.

西条酒蔵通りの蔵の中では一番大きく、試飲の種類も一番多い。酒麹の香りが漂ってたり、建物の雰囲気も良い。

Traditional sake brewery with showroom that has a learning/museum like section including a video on sake manufacturing as well as a tasting/shop area. Nice and welcoming staff and good sake 😁

挨拶が素晴らしかった！
従業員さんの印象が良かった。
試飲も出来て、酒蔵見学も随時やってるようだった。
建物が綺麗。
トイレも完備してた。

ここら一帯が酒蔵が集まっている。
それぞれの酒蔵が地下水を使っているようで、酒蔵によっては、水汲みができるように一般向けに解放している。
ここも、水が汲めるように、綺麗にして解放している。
水汲み場は道路に隣接しているので、路駐は迷惑になる。
ここの酒蔵の駐車場に置いて、水汲みをするように書いてあった。

ここは最高です。試飲は無料で、様々な種類が好きなだけ飲み放題です。店の方に理由を尋ねたところ、お客様に喜んで頂きたいとの事でした。酒王に偽りはありません。とても強く推奨します。是非一度行って下さい。きっと満足します。

This is the best place in Saijo to learn about sake brewing since they have a video viewing area with seating for ~40 (videos also with subtitles) and self-pour sake tasting of about 10 kinds of primary and seasonal varieties of Kamozuru sake. Start your self-guided Saijo Sakagura tour here and then visit the others. Kamozuru Gold Daiginjo is one of the best - PM Abe served it to POTUS Obama so it is even more popular now. The 180ml bottles are perfect to pack in your luggage to give away as gifts and each one has two little sakura blossom-shaped gold leaves floating inside which makes it very unique.
