  I came to the store to replace the iPhone battery.
  I was in trouble because it took too long to charge, or even if it was charged, it soon decreased, so I heard that there is a repair shop in TSUTAYA in Hofu. I asked directly without making an appointment or quotation in advance, but it was helpful to have an immediate response!

  急に携帯の画面が膨らんできて、慌てて検索して出てきたのがこのお店でした。
  場所もTSUTAYAの中なので分かりやすく、待ち時間も退屈せずに過ごせました。
  ホームページで見て値段も分かりやすく、電話で問い合わせると丁寧な対応をして頂きました。
  実際の店舗でも分かりやすく説明して頂き、即日修理をして頂き本当に助かりました。
  値段も安く、早くて本当によかったです。
  次に何かあった時もまたお願いしたいと思います。

I wasn't calm because it was a place where people were moving a lot, such as paying next door and customers coming in.
