  Room is clean and nice. Bed is firm to my liking. Though my room is a none smoking room, the none smoking policy was not enforced.

  やっぱり大手っていう感じのホテル。
  ドラえもんトラムの時刻表も教えてくださいました。
  客室の居心地はとてもよかったです。バスルームもきれい。

  ENJYU。コース予約してあったにもかかわらず、料理が出てこない。飲み物が揃うまで、注文してから15分以上！スタッフが少ないせいか、待って待ってやっと出てきた揚げ物が冷めている。以前はこんなことなかったが…
