Quite a srandard onsen hotel. Food is so so but luckily the price is good. Staffs here are very friendly and helpful. You can get a private onsen with Yen 3,000 in advance booking.
But the Wifi is bad almost no connections.response / report this review -

This hotel is Amazing!! So worth it for the private hot spring on balcony. The public onsens are awesome, the surrounding gardens are serene and give a sense of peace. Everyone here has tried to accommodate us even though we don't speak Japanese much. They don't seem to have anyone completely fluent in English but they do know enough to communicate and accommodate you. The room is much bigger than I expected and the whole room is busy so authentic. The view of the sea from your balcony in the private onsen is just amazing. Perfect for adults and children, the tub could easily accommodate 3 or 4 adults. My 1.5 year old could walk around in the balcony tub, the water barely reached to their armpits. Children are also welcome in the public bathhouse.

One of the main highlights of our visit to Hotel Kitanoya (北野屋) in Amanohashidate (天橋立) was the elaborate dinner we were served. It stands to reason when you stay along the sea side, sea food and the riches of the ocean will be on the menu. We were not disappointed and treated to a royal banquet.

カニを食べに宿泊。カニ料理に関しては大満足。カニのフルコースを、１年分食べた気分 。旅館の仲居さんの対応も親切、丁寧で、よかった。

ここは、サービスも行き届いており、特に冬のカニの料理は最高です。
部屋の露天風呂から、天橋立が一望できます。
大きなお風呂にも露天風呂があります。

We have stayed here twice, and would stay here again. The hotel is elegant, and is decorated with local pottery and beautiful paintings. The outdoor bath is lovely, and looks onto a wooded hillside where you can hear birds and insects call. The food is also quite delicious. A lot of hot spring hotels emphasize quantity over quality, but while there is a lot of food it is all locally-sourced and is prepared with taste and thoughtfulness.
The hotel itself has bicycles you can borrow to travel to go to Amanohashidate. We did this at 5:30AM, crossing to the other side. The round-trip takes about 90 minutes.
The main attraction for us with this resort is that it is wheelchair accessible, and has a hot spring bath that is also wheelchair accessible.response / report this review -

部屋や風呂は広く、丁寧に掃除されている印象を受けました。料理も美味しかったです。全体的にサービスがとても良いと感じた為、機会があればまた宿泊したいと思っています。
